Between September 22 and 26, the Faculty of Law and Economics at the University of Salzburg hosted the second Fall School on Intellectual Property Law. The program aims to provide students with in-depth insight into the field of international intellectual property law. It contains an introduction to international aspects of IP law, followed by modules on copyright law, trademark law and patent law. A highlight is the excursion to the Max-Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich.

This year's class consisted of participants from India, the US, and Erasmus students from various European countries, ranging from northern Iceland to southern Portugal. The co-organizers, Prof. Patrick Warto and Prof. Gudrun Zagl from the Faculty of Law and Economics at the University of Salzburg were thrilled by the students' willingness to engage in discussion and wish them all the best for their future career path. Many thanks to Hon.-Prof. RA Clemens Thiele, Prof. M. Mireles, Prof. E. Prema and Prof. PRL Rajavenkatesan for their wonderful teaching.
